FAQs
1. What is the purpose of the Facilitation & Training service?
Answer:
This service delivers a highly practical, context-specific 1-day workshop designed to help early-stage teams tackle urgent problems, build alignment, and move toward key outcomes—all with the support of a neutral facilitator detached from day-to-day biases and workflows. Typically, founders engage Jon Low (facilitator) to help them scale their growth mindset (and all its key vectors) across their core teams. This service is experiential & practical as it is custom-designed for your most prescient need.
2. Why hire an external facilitator instead of running the session yourself?
Answer:
Because when you facilitate your own session, you can't also participate fully. An external facilitator removes that dual-role burden, helps reorient teams when tensions arise, and ensures focus remains on collective outcomes, not individual defensiveness. F
3. How practical vs. theoretical is the workshop?
Answer:
It’s built to be 95% application and 5% theory. The goal is not to train participants on frameworks they’ll rarely use—but to co-create practical, immediately useful tools that enhance existing processes and can evolve in-house over time.
4. What kind of teams and company stages does this work best for?
Answer:
These workshops are tailored for small teams of 6–18 people within early-growth B2B companies—especially at the mature Seed to Series C phase. Applicable across domains like Finance, Life Sciences, Hospitality, Aviation, E‑commerce, Real Estate, and more.
5. What outcomes do these workshops aim for?
Answer:
Workshops are custom-designed to:
Enable rapid problem-solving and team alignment.
Empower team members to shift themselves and each other out of fear states into more resourceful, proactive states for company-building.
Enhance understanding of individual motivations, work styles, and behavior patterns to get the most out of their unique individualities.
Offer practical frameworks that augment—and don't conflict with—your existing tools or methodologies. The exercises and frames are a powerful form of meta-learning.
6. Do these sessions require prep or prior learning?
Answer:
No extensive prep or heavy frameworks required. The tools and exercises are intentionally simple and applicable to your unique context—designed to augment rather than replace your current processes.
